It quickly became apparent that the water gutter in the roof membrane and the drainage system were not adequate. They were redesigned accordingly.<br \/>\nBased on our experience, we opened the existing building a little more. In the penthouse attic spaces, we discovered water seepage from the vertical walls. We pointed out that proper ventilation of the roof membrane was severely lacking.
